The fee-earners' credentials

Our innovative team benefits from in-depth knowledge of a variety of general and specialist fields of Bulgarian law and combines that with a profound awareness of several civilian and common law domestic legal systems of our foreign clients. We consciously follow a process of improving our knowledge base. This benefits our ability to preserve a critical perspective on Bulgarian legal developments of which we hope to see and in the future, foster, more. We are also keen to be aware of the strategic and day-to-day expectations of our business clients in order to help them achieve their goals most efficiently. Our fee earners' publish regularly in a range of areas of law (see also our Publications section.), and participate in national and international conferences, forums and professional societies.

Not only do we understand your business requirements and the dimensions of your opportunities in Bulgaria, but our partners can between them communicate in professional contexts and draft correspondence and documents in English, German, French, Russian and Italian. In addition, we offer a service of communicating with clients on and outsourcing documentary translation in Japanese, Spanish, Greek and Turkish amongst others.

We understand how the need to maintain a level of information technology that allows us, if not to match our overseas partners, then at the least to ensure a fully smooth informational and documentary through-flow impacts our work. We invest in maintaining ourselves at the technical cutting edge and educate our support and fee-earning team in a variety of staple technologies.

In the future, we hope to be able to offer a sophisticated and secure client extranet system as a matter of default, but at present instead we have the ability to scale up engineering support to quickly implement any specific technological requirements that a client may have.
