Our services are very much focused on the needs of landlord or property developers although we do occasionally undertake work for lessees or occupiers, especially for existing clients of ours.

We try to make the most efficient balance between drawing on our own in-house resources (where we have the greatest strengths) and bringing in the expertise of organisations and external advisors with whom we have established solid relationships from which we can demand superior performance.

Our clients are both private individuals who own small plots of land or have recently acquired houses in Bulgaria and corporates who have invested in property as part of their portfolio expansion or as part of their main activity.
