Post-Purchase Services
As you will have bought a property with our assistance, we will gladly help you, free of charge, in gaining preliminary familiarity with Bulgaria as we believe that can be highly important whatever your purpose of buying had been in the first place.
In addition, we offer a variety of services which you may wish to use after the sale has been completed. These are not part of our sale services, and will therefore be paid for separately, as agreed with you.
Our post-purchase services include:
supervising (acting either directly or through carefully selected agents) building works, reconstruction works or redecoration
supervising caretaking of your property (important with remote houses or ones containing valuables and personal items)
supervising maintainance and cleaning
helping you ensure your local legal compliance (immigration, tax, registration, education)
translating legal, financial or personal documents and arranging for them to be notarised if necessary
acting as managing agent. Should you wish to rent out your property for all or part of the year, we can act as your agent, collecting and managing rental income and rental rights on your behalf.
