We focus on achieving a high standard of service in our role as buyer's agents and advisors in Bulgaria and therefore would not undertake to find properties for rent (short or long lets) in Bulgaria ourselves. As regards letting by you and the services we provide in this respect, we have found that most of our clients consider renting out of their properties as an essential additional source of income from their investment, accruing at the same time as increases in capital value. We have established relationships with reputable estate agencies, specialising in rentals, including some specialising in rentals to expatriates. We provide this crucial service to our clients jointly with the agencies, exercising a supervisory role as part of the other property management services which we undertake. We charge a small annual fee of €100 for this basic service.
