What we offer
|
|
What we can do for you is to:
Act as your agent locally by selecting properties from the local property market. In doing this, we will respond to your instructions and interests and help you refine them.
Be your guide: If you decide to travel to Bulgaria to view, we will assist before and during your trip. Our representatives will help to make your trip smooth and helpful.
Conduct negotiations: While less-sophisticated sellers in Bulgaria tend to fix a price which they regard as fair and be inflexible about changing it, there is often negotiation on other items in the contract which we will conduct. Sometimes, and we will advise you when we think so, it will be possible to seek to agree a lower price.
Give legal assistance: devise robust legal routes which will prevent any future arguments related to either the land, zoning permissions, building permissions etc.
Advise on tax: Advise you on the Bulgarian tax system. We believe it is extremely important to base your entry in Bulgarian property on solid foundations when taxation is concerned.
Help in setting up a local corporation: Currently, Bulgarian law permits foreigners to own land when (the land is without buildings or is annexed to a building only through a wholly-owned by you local corporation, which we will set up and help you run.
Advising on relocation: If you intend to live in the property you buy, we hope to bring you to know the locality and the country more broadly. In addition, we will acquaint you in more structured ways, both through this website (see Living there) and otherwise, with Bulgarian ways and aspects of life.
